Emerald Headingley Stadium is happy to confirm their new suite capacities for future events, based on the latest government COVID-19 advice around social distancing guidelines in hospitality spaces. Due to government advice, the capacities for event spaces have had to be reduced, and some suites will not be available for booking for the foreseeable future.

All venue capacities are subject to change, based on government advice that is developing as the COVID-19 situation develops. Bookers will still be able to select different room layouts depending on the event being held.

Suite capacities for Emerald Headingley Stadium and the different room layouts are as follows:

  • Emerald Suite – 210 guests (Dinner)/ 120 guests (Cabaret) / 140 guests (Theatre)/ 120 guests (Classroom)
  • Directors Suite – 44 guests (Dinner)/ 24 guests (Cabaret)/ 24 guests (Theatre)
  • Executive Suite – 58 guests (Dinner)/ 28 guests (Cabaret)/ 60 guests (Theatre)
  • Long Room- 120 guests (Dinner)/ 80 guests (Cabaret)/ 110 guests (Theatre)/ 80 guests (Classroom)
  • Taverners Suite- 34 guests (Dinner)/ 12 guests (Cabaret)/ 24 guests (Theatre)
  • Lewis Jones Suite- 128 guests (Dinner)/ 56 guests (Cabaret)/ 100 guests (Theatre)/ 40 guests (Classroom)
  • Board Room- 8 guests (Dinner)/ 8 guests (Cabaret)
  • Directors Suite Private Dining- 8 guests (Dinner)/ 8 guests (Cabaret)
  • Century Box – 8 guests (Dinner)
  • President’s Suite- 17 guests (Cabaret)
  • Hospitality Boxes – 4 guests (Dinner)
